Recently the staff at SAF has been receiving private messages from members seeking assistance with various issues pertaining to their systems. While this method may be a sure-fire way of getting needed help on other boards, it's just not necessary to do it here. SAF is proud of it's quick response time. We strive to answer questions on the forum as needed and not leave anybody hanging for too long a time period if other members have difficulty coming up with a solution.

Trust us when I say we look at everybody's questions as equally important. We're not forgetting anyone who posts a question (not intentionally, anyway ) and do our very best to make sure they have the answers they need in a timely fashion.
