I always grab legs when I can.....
Perch is good...a bit on the bony side.
MahiMahi....now that's a good eatin' fish. We used to find a log floating in the ocean, grab a couple jigging poles with spinners (didn't even need bait) and in the space of 3 minutes fill a cooler with 'em. You could see them chase the blasted spinner all over the place. Changed colors about 10 times when we caught them and bled all over the boat but they are one of the best eating fish next to fresh tuna and snook. When they stopped hitting it meant they were spooked and it was time to move on to the next log.
