I usually can clean a machine pretty easily but have never used Vista or encountered a issue like this before and it has me completely stumped.
Some prefaces first. At first it wouldn't let me run any type of scan or even get to most security sites to even get a DL like HJT. I tried running IE as "administrator" and in the middle of trying to use Trend micros free scan IE closed the PC rebooted and when it came back up IE was gone(literally gone off the machine). Luckily I had already grabbed Mozilla and Chrome and I was finally able to get a ISO from the K7 site and was able to run that and it found a couple trojans cleaned them. I then tried to get HJT to run a scan and as soon as I clicked the link it redirected me. So I tried running a few more scans and found that I can run most online scans for about 2 mins and then the explorer closes. I am not sure how but I finally got HJT and Malwarebytes. HJT ran just fine (well I renamed) but Malwarebytes will intialize and start the scan and after a short period it closes. I renamed Malwarebytes dl but still had the issue so I attempted to rename all the .exe files in the folder but can't do to "administrator" levels even though I am logged in as the administrator.

Just as a added note, after I posted this log it didn't look right to me so I tried to rerun HJT and it says I do not have permission. I also tried to run it as "administrator" and it said the same thing.
