I first played with auto but when I went to manual and set up the custom display well, lets just say I'm impressed. I really like having control over what's going on and something I didn't expect was a live histogram.So very new to this camera but one very happy camper here!
I just keep finding new and very nice features like flash exposure lock, never had the use of this and it makes a word of difference.
As far as batteries and a case I have yet to get those but I did buy a 8GB SDHC card for it http://ec.transcendusa.com/product/ItemDet...temID=TS8GSDHC6
If there was one thing I'm not so keen on is the usb and digital port cover pity they weren't like the SD card cover but even much more expensive cameras are like this to.
Just a shot of me playing just after I first received it. Barely into getting used to it but loving every moment. So yes I'm very excited about my new camera and look forward to using it and seeing what I an do with it was I get better to.
This was me try to get macro to do what I wanted but not yet aware about the yellow bar etc. I was after a bee but as I hadn't yet learned enough to set it in time and the bee flew off I took this.
Maybe 25 feet back and zoomed into 20x
