Well i may be far far behind the post count of the likes of Ironbender and Ranchhand amongst others but i hope will all your blessing i will get there laugh.gif

A little bit about me, im from England where i started in IT at 20 (im now 26...almost 27...ahh) where like most i started being the office 1st line support runt. since then i have gained my Comptia A+, MCP, MCTS, MCITS, CCP and am currently working towards my CISSP and the security councils CEH qualification...i worked a lot in London as both a helpdesk manager as well as a bit of consultancy and project management.

About 6 months ago i moved to France...im not working at present as i desperately try to learn the language! Hence i am very active trying to keep my edge in these forums compute.gif

Looking forward to getting back to work but just wanted to say that this seems like a great forum with some real characters, everyone there to help each other and from what i see so far, no megalomania from the mods and admins cheers 2.gif

So thanks for having me and i hope to get to know all of you better!

Danny

Hiya, Danny.

I'm from Dublin, but moved to Hong Kong 20 years ago. No qualifications (unless you count a couple of Brainbench Windows 95 certificates). I've been doing the forums since 1998, with an emphasis on malware.

Good to have you around.

Ironbender
Hi Danny,

I'm brazilian, raised from belgian parents, lived in Belgium between 1960 and 1963 and between 1976 and 1980. I started messing with computers in 79, since that, I can't live without having one nearby. laugh.gif

No offense. My grandfather used to call the English soldiers like this since the first world war. wink.gif
