The front of the house is done. Four trailers of red mulch, a couple of hundred bucks of plants and lots of elbow/back/knee grease later...

Today I bought my new toy and will put it together later. This is my reward for busting my butt outside since the snow melted. Imagine this--ribs with a nice dry rub cooked in the charcol/wood side for about 4 hours, then hoisted on the grill and slathered with Sweet Baby Ray's Honey Garlic sauce. Follow that with a couple of hundred clams and lots of cold beer. I can't wait until Saturday.

What can I say? I'm a man of many talents-Mr. Greenjeans, master boatsman, bbq genius and beer conniseur.

Drool over these...

I put the rub on them, stuck a combination of charcoal and wood in the grill, double-wrapped the ribs in foil and cooked them for about two hours, then uncovered them and put them in the gas grill for the last 20 minutes after slathering them with the sauce. The meat fell away from the bones.
