I am always undertaking some sort of new craft type hobby.

Here's a rough proto type of my latest project. 3D Wall Art using stuff I have around the house and yard.

All I've done so far is placed the stuff onto a ceramic tile. I have to make a backing board first and attach the hanging wire then I can paint the backing board after which I can glue the ceramic tile onto the backing board. Only when all that is in place can I glue all the artsy pieces in position onto the ceramic tile. What shows here is a 12 inch square but but I wasn't straight on to the table when I took the photo. That's why it looks skewed. The finished product with backing will be about 16inches by 20 inches and ready to hang on a wall. 3D Wall Art.

So please be as critical as you like as I can never judge my own work. I'm not after an ego boost here. I'm wondering if you think something like this could be marketable at fairs, Farmers Markets, Craft Fairs and the like. beatsme.gif

Thank you for your input. smile.gif

I had a poll for this but it didn't show up in my post. beatsme.gif

Hi Annie,

I personally like it. thumb up.gif
You can make things quite exotics if you are able to find proper materials out there... the possibilities are nearly infinite. I plan to create sundials one day, and sell them (if possible). smile.gif

Thanks Chris,

Sundials. What an interesting idea.

Materials are not hard to find where I live as I live in a wilderness zone. I've even seen people make earings out of moose droppings. IPB Image Mind you that's not something I'd be willing to wear anywhere on my person but it was creative. IPB Image

Good luck with your sundials. When you do make them I hope you'll post some pics here so we can see them. smile.gif
