Hi i just signed up with Time Warner for my internet.My problem is when i hook up the router my internet connection is lost??? When i hard wire it straight from the modem to my computer it works just great.I use the wireless router for my sons PS3.Anyone have any sugestion that may help me,Thank you Val

Check to see if either have a firmware update available. Be careful with any firmware update or you will create a paperweight.

Are you connecting from the router with a cat5 or are you attempting to connect wireless? Do you have the docs for both the router and modem?

Hey efabes i just fixed it today.When i put my cd that came with my router and i thought it would just come on.But what i notice just messing with it that it was showing up where you click on the computer in the programs at.So i clicked on that and followed the easy and install and everything is ok now.
