Hi guys,

I am having trouble installing an autocad piece of software and am receiving the error 2350.FDI.....I really dont have any clue to this error, does anybody out there have any ideas???????


The hardware is a DELL SERVER

The software is SOLID WORKS 2009

This has been reported to occur when the installed version of the Windows Installer is too old for the MSI being executed. Make sure you have the latest version of Windows Installer.

thanks for your advice, This Friday today the 30th Of Jan 09 I have installed the latest Windows installer and have had the same failure.

Do you have any other ideas or does anybody hae any clues, me I have no idea. I can only try to update the software once a week on a friday so that is why the late reply.
