I have windows 2000 Pro At start up message reads (Stop: c0000135 Unable to locate DLL) What do I do now

Hi, Sarge, and welcome to the forum!
Looks like you're in need of an in-place upgrade of Windows. This shouldn't delete any of your programs or personal info. Although the page is for XP, it's the same procedure for Win2K.
