Hi guys,

i recently built 2 identical pc's,

cpu:
AMD Athlon 64 X2 5400+ Processor - Socket AM2

Mother Board:
Gigabyte GA-M61SME-S2L GeForce 6100 Motherboard w/HDA + G + L + SATA2 RAID

Ram:
JetRam DDR2-800 2GB Memory Module

Graphics card:
Gigabyte GV-RX365512H Radeon HD3650 16xPCIE 128-bit 512MB GDDR2 w/HDTV + 2DVI

PSU:
Gigabyte Superb GE-R460-V1 Power Supply - 460W

HDD:
Seagate 250GB Barracuda SATA300 8MB 7200RPM

Windows:
windows xp home with sp3,



ok now these 2 pc have given me so many problems, so i hate them haha.

They both worked fine when i built them.

when i delivered and installed the 1 at the customers house, the mouse and keyboard didnt work, so i restated and it was showing problems with finding the boot file. but i go that right and its worked fine for a week,, then they phoned me and said that the sound didnt work.

so i went there and the driver was installed but it didnt show the hard ware in control panel /audio devices.


so i formated and it worked fine for a week then same thing happened,i brought it home to fix. and when i booted up the screen went off when it hit the loading windows. i tried onboard and gcard.

pc 2 after 3 weeks started freezing and when you booted it took so long to load the desk top icon pictures and then it just froze. the customer went away on holiday and came back ad he said it was working fine now. i bring it home and its working (for now)


My thoughts are that the SP3 is not compat with my components, cause there are bugs with it.


i tried to remove Service Pack 3. there was a page on the microsoft web page.


but in all the methods it didnt work. couldnt find the file that i was searching.



DOSE any one have and ideas cause really i have had enuff of these pcs and i just want them fixed and out of my life?


also another issue is i have loaded windows 3 times on the one and 2 times on the other now when the customers pc needs a format i the future what am a going to do cause then i wont be able to load that windows again.

cause i have googled abit and have not come up with any thing.
