Here's one of the things I can't figure out how to do with my new Vista machine.

To delete a directory, it's necessary to
1) Select the directory
2) Hit 'Delete'
3) Hit 'Yes' in response to "Are you sure..."
4) Hit 'Yes' in response to "You need to confirm this operation"
5) Hit 'Continue in response to"Windows needs your permission to continue'

Hmmm...giving new meaning to the term 'overkill'...

How can I reduce this to either (A) just a single confirmation "Yes", or (B) unmediated deletion when I hit 'Delete'?
