Hi there, I am Very uneducated about computers and need some help.
I have an asrock pc which is full of viruses and I want to completely wipe my hard drive and start again.
I have the asrock support cd and going by what I have read on the web I thought I could reformat from this disk.
I went into the bios and made the cd drice the first priority to boot from.
It starts to boot but then asks me if I want to create a serial ATA floppy diskette.
I don't have a floppy drive so I said no but it just keeps going through the same process again and asking the same question again.
Help!!!!!

Are you sure that you don't mean that you have an Asrock mainboard in a PC?? I have never heard of an Asrock PC, but Asrock mainboards are well-known.

Do you have a separate Windows XP system disk? Was a restore disk included when you purchased your computer? Have you checked the documentation that came with your computer when you bought it?
