On the Quick Launch section of the Taskbar (i.e., left side) I can see only three icons of the several programs I've added to Quick Launch. In XP there was a little vertical separator line that you could drag to the right so that more Quick Launch icons showed...but in Vista there's only the >> which when clicked shows a vertical list of programs.
Is there a way to expand the size of the Quick Launch section of the Taskbar?
Sorry for such a dumblegoggle question, but Vista's Help & Support offers nothing.

Don't panic, yes you can resize the quick launch bar in vista.
Interestingly, by default in xp, the bar was locked like this in the same way, simply right click any blank area of the task bar and choose to un-tick "Lock the Taskbar".
Now the vertical seperator appears just like you're used to. When done, you can lock it again so you don't accidently resize or reposition things as was a common problem in pre-xp windows.
Hope this helps.
