I now have cable internet service and what is happening, is I r-ckick a picture or doc, send to- email recipient-make pics smaller and a e-mail box comes up under my old dial-up account and of course it won't send since I don't have that account anymore. It opens with Windows picture and fax viewer. I guess when he first set up his system, the registered programs were with his old ISP...how can I remove it?

It is the cable ISP's (Comcast) web page email link. I don't think that matters, because I also tried it in Outlook Express with same results...
