i been having problems with my itunes and want to reinstall but it wont uninstall first, when trying one of the errors that appears says "The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable" which makes no sence to me. So basically how can i get my original itunes off my pc. Thanks for any advice.

try this.

On your keyboard press Control-Alt-Delete. Select Start Task Manager.
Click on the Processes tab.
Locate the iPodService.exe in the list.
Click on iPodService.exe and choose End Process.
Quit the Task Manager.
