well i'm here in linux using Konqueror. install is a snap. hands free after choosing keyboard layout and userid/password. very cool stuff. only downside is boot manager doesn't recognize wireless keyboard so l'll need 2 keyboards to use the boot menu.

Is the keyboard attached through USB?
Try turning on Legacy USB keyboard in BIOS

that fixed it. in the gigabyte bios it's enable usb keyboard support no legacy.

took out kubuntu and put ubuntu ultimate. learning curve isn't as steep and except for .ape files and PCTV it's multimedia ready. PCTV is supported i just have to go thru the tut to get it working. now to do the updates.
