I have a virus that infected the system32 files before I could get rid of it, I was wondering if there was any way to eliminate the virus other then completely wiping the computer. :/

Welcome to SAF, koro.

It would help if you could let us know the name of the virus. How do you know the System32 folder files are infected? Does the computer run?
