My cyan ran out and when i replaced cartridge (aftermarket ink), i got the message:
"Cannot recognize ink cartridge." The cyan was the last of the six to run out, and i've used the other aftermarket colors with no issue. I even tried plugging my old cyan back in and i get the same message.

is there any SSC program that can reset this?

I'm running vista.

Thank you,
F2TC

Hello surfer...doing well...aside from this printer issue. smile.gif

thanks for the quick response, too.

I have that css version...and it appears that the rx595 is not on their supported list.

I can't get the software to do anything with this printer. UGH!!!

Any other suggestions?

thanks!!
