needing help
hi guys i am no computer wizz so i need your help on this one. a while back i tried using safari which was good but this week i wanted to go back to internet explorer i have internet explorer 7 and when i opened it it displayed Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage. i typed in other site addresses but yet the text remained. on the address bar it always seems to display http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=74005 and when i type something in such a www.google.com it then displays C:\Documents and Settings\dell\Favorites\www.google.com.url whilst loading but then it says cannot display the webpage. so i uninstalled internet explorer and reinstalled it and the problem remained. safari remains fine but i want to use internet explorer. what should i do?

If that doesn't fix it, save the part between the lines below and paste into
Notepad. Save on the desktop as Runonce.reg then double click runonce.reg. you'll be asked if you want to merge into registry, click yes.
