I was uninstalling a program and then after my mouse completely stopped working. I went to Control Panel then mouse, but there's none listed under Hardware. I plugged my mouse into another laptop and it worked so it's not the mouse but my computer. I also tried plugging it in a different USB port but no luck. Does anyone know how I can fix this?

A game called Gunbound.

I did try restarting but it didn't resolve it..I don't think the USB ports work anymore in general. I blew the dust out and everything but still no luck.
