We have two printers in an office with around 5 or 6 computers. When connecting up one of the laptops this morning we have noticed that it will not connect to the printers to print but is connected to the network and everything else, since we can still get into the server drives etc. Strange thing is that we were printing from this laptop just before the weekend..
The printers are still in printers and faxes, we just can't connect to them.
Any ideas?

i think first i'd check for time restrictions in printer properties on the server and client.

Where abouts would I find that? Is there a printer properties which applies to all of the printers on the network? Since its not just one...

you'll need to do each printer. Properties are located in the context menu (Right Click) of each printer under the Advanced tab.

Just checked them and they are both set to 'always available'.
Everyone else on the network can use them so I think its something like settings on this particular laptop :S
Thanks for your replies.

Okay just been told by the person whos laptop it is that she's deleted the printers and tried to add them again so we can't see them at all on the laptop now.. apart from when we try to add a computer it finds the computer which the printer is attached to but not the actual printer.

maybe something else has been changed.
right click my computer, left click properties, click computer name, check the workgroup name and see if it's the same as the other computers.
