Is that similar to want you want to do:
Port Forwarding for the Dlink DI-524

i think a port needs to be forwarded to an ip address. for a lan it's be 192.168.xxx.xxx (x's indicate the last few digits of the ip address). and probably is a good idea to setup a static ip address in tcp/ip properties.

ya i have set a static ip address i.e 192.168.0.77 and also i have given my ip address in router during portforwarding. but no sign of progress

Then something must be going wrong; you can research the issue by typing “Dlink XX-XXX and port forwarding” in a Google search engine and see what comes up. But of course you need to change the “XX-XXX” with your exact model; that’s how I found the previous link for you.

i haven't used utorrent for some time but seem to remember it's possible to setup any port you want because if the standard utorrent port is forwarded and enabled maybe it's time to consider that your isp is blocking torrents. i know my isp blocks torrent uploading.
maybe it's worth a try to give utorrent a wider port range to work with and enable encryption.
