Full Version: Dual Mmc.exe Files Caused Error?
mmc.exe caused an error on windows 2000 shows displays dialog box error..after downloading security updates and hotfixes. I ended up with another mmc.exe in the file folder the fixes were installed into. So now I have one in the Winnt directory and one in the System32..which one goes ??any ideas..??thanx. riverhooks

There should NOT be a copy of this file in the Windows/WINNT folder. One here has a likely chance of being malware. More on this HERE.
