If the Installer Service cannot be accessed... How do I use the fixes that everyone suggests. Every time I try to (eg. msicuu2), I get that wonderful window telling me my installer service is broken. Microsoft is NO Help, I am not exactly a programmer and I would rather not do a complete format/reinstall.

Any Ideas ??
