Okay -

I'm just a bit above Fred Flintstone, so please be basic with any help offered ! lol.

I've got Windows WP, Earthlink as a provider

Examples of problems:

1) I order a part from a motorcycle site, click the add to cart button, click the view cart button, nothing ever happens.
2) Other sites, same deal, if there is a link or icon to view a similar site or page, click on the link or icon, nothing happens, never taken to that site or address.
3) I accessed "all experts", the person that answered me, advised I should visit this site... well in the "all experts" answer there was a link to view the answer all experts gave and I could not access it.

In each of the above examples, I left click on the site or icon, my "arrow" cursor turns to a hand and then it's like it just gets stuck. In order to free up the screen so that I can scroll or exit the screen... I have to hit control - alternate-delete, when this menu pops up I then only hit the red X and then it does free up the screen eventually so that I can scroll or have my "arrow" cursor back.

Any idea on what could be causing this ? What to fix it ?, etc ?
