I hope someone can help. When i try to get onto a web sites chat room all that appears is the little white box with a red cross!!

Its driving me crazy,

Have you tried checking your installation of Windows Media Player? Perhaps you need to update/upgrade your version.

the same problem has been happening to me but instead the chat just stops loading right in the middle whith the smiley face and it just stops loading and idk y. this has been happening for too long and im just getting mad now. anyone got any suggestions?
