Got a new laptop a fujitsu siemens, and being a devoted sims player i installed the sims2 game ,and all expansion packs + stuff packs. All was well but i read on the simspage that i should install with patch so i uninstalled the lot. Trying to get better graphics i install the newest driver, and the games again, this turned out to be a big problem the game crashed so i did what i always did on windows xp a systemrecovery?( sorry if this is the wrong word am from Norway and its called systemgjenoppretting) where the pc goes back to the way it was before. i got two version of the sims game and i started uninstall and delete the lot, but when i tried to install again i got the message that the game is still there as sims¤ or sims234 what is wrong
is this something vista oriented thing
How can i uinstall perfectly the hole thing so it wont come back and haunt me
i can install some of the games but when i got to celebration it says that the autorun has a problem and stopped and nothing. HELP
