DVD won't play movie. Will not even show disc as in. Players (tried them all) say load disc. I have tried with many different commerical movies. The dvd will play everything else even copies of movies. What can I do to fix it. thanks for your time. Linda

Is it just the one movie your DVD will not play or more than the one? If it is only the one I would suspect that the particular CD or DVD disk is faulty. Have you tried it in another player perhaps? that may tell the story.

Hi sorry i am not sure how to open a forum, or create an issue i would like help with. New to Vista trying to play a game, it keeps telling me it's a backup disc, when it's a brand new and an official game?
any ideas?
