I already tried the f8 option but it didn;t work also. it keeps on restarting. i tried the last good configuration option but it didn;t work also. i tried to fix it through repair option os windows xp cd rom. i do not know how to access system restore because of STOP: 0x0000000A IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL error. 
what will i do. i dont want to reformat it because i lost my motherboard driver ep-ENPA7I.
