Hi,
I have installed Folder Lock software on C: partition and configured some files files on E partition with it.
Now,since my OS is giving some slowness issues(WIn XP Pro).I need to format my C partition, which will obviosly remove folder lock software.
I want to know that after this operation, will the files on E: partition configured with Folder Lock will be lost permanently or what???
pls help me..Iam unable to use my PC due to some OS issue(tried repairing without any success)and iam ready to format C partition, but am really scared to do so just because of files on E:/ configured with folder lock.
Anyone.......plz help.. wacko.gif wacko.gif

The files will still be there as long as you don’t format the E:\ drive, but there could be an issue with opening them if they were encrypted with this program. If this is the case, then all you have to do is to reinstall Folder Lock and you’ll be able to open them again. I never used this program, but I’m assuming that you have to use a password with it, so make sure you remember it just in case.
