Full Version: My Laptop Reboots Randomly

My laptop (has XP running on it) which is about 2 years old reboots atleast twice / thrice in a day which is so annoying. pull hair.gif

These are the event logs captured at different occurances:

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was:
0x10000050 (0x813d1694, 0x00000000, 0x80538d48, 0x00000000). A dump was saved in:
C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\Mini050608-01.dmp.

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was:
0x1000000a (0x00000000, 0x00000002, 0x00000001, 0x805219c4). A dump was saved in:
C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\Mini050508-02.dmp.

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was:
0x1000007e (0xc0000005, 0x806077e8, 0xa92f9c1c, 0xa92f9918). A dump was saved in:
C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\Mini050508-01.dmp.

I attached the dump files pertaining to the above crashes. Anyone who can help me in knowing the real cause of the problem will be highly appreciated. thanks.gif

Your data is incomplete.

Look at the Properties for the System Error in the System Event Log.
  1. Right-click My Computer
  2. Select Manage
  3. Expand [+] Event Viewer in left pane
  4. Select System
  5. Select your System Error in the right pane and right-click
  6. Select Properties
  7. The button with the double-page will copy the entire entry to the Clipboard (screenshot)
  8. Now paste it to Notepad or a reply to this thread
You may be able to find help by looking up the System Error Code on MSDN
