I just started using Mozilla Firefox and would like to know how to I view the temporary internet files? I like view the temporary internet files to find out what sites my kids are viewing and at what time. Thanks

I don't know if this is the proper way to do it, but I type, in the address bar, about:cache and that brings up a stack of stuff which has been viewed and/or loaded over the past however-long.
