I don't have nero , and i have to write a CD can i write this.

Note that with the second link above (WMPlayer 10), you can only use WMP 7.1 in 98FE and WMP 9.x in 98SE;

Plus these may be for burning music only. (I don't remember as I refuse to use WMP. It "takes over" pretty well all multimedia functions, and it is a resource hog.) Check the applicable WMP HELP files for information on burning data CD's. You may not be able to burn/copy bootable CD's if that is your intention. I believe a "plug-in" is required for burning data CD's.
