Welcome, PC crave, to our forum.

The most likely problem is your hard drive has given up. It sounds like the platters weren't spinning up until after a few restarts, but now they have completely stuck. Try listening for the drive to make sounds like a small motor spinning, or if you have the drive removed and plugged in, it will feel a bit like a gyroscope when you try to move it gently.

I have started up stuck drives with a sharp back and forth spinning action which will loosen up the platters and start them spinning. Once, a neighbor brought his system over with the same problem, and I had to open the drive and break the platters loose manually, but was able to get the drive up and going and copy it over via a USB adapter to my hard drive, then copy it back onto a good drive, which restored his system to normal functionality again.
