I would like to use my printer over a wireless connection to my laptop. My printer is a Epson Photo 915 which is connected to my main computer with a USB. The wireless connection is through a Belkin Wireless G Router. Can anybody please tell me from start to finish how to do this - do I need any other equipment etc to do this? I am a complete novice so I need as much help as possible. Many thanks. PS.my desktop and laptop both run in Vista home premium

Hi there,

I've checked the specs for the printer. Its not a wireless printer. If you do want to print wirelessly to it you'll need to leave the other PC switched on as its connected to the printer via USB. You could also purchase a wireless router that supports USB printers - I have a Draytek router that does just that.

However its a little tricky to describe the exact config, unless anybody else wants to.

Your best bet will be to share the printer on the PC its attached to. You can then access the printer through the Wireless connection.
