Full Version: Problem Logging On To Windows Vista

I've been having a bit of trouble with my PC lately. First it started when logging on it acted real slow and took longer than usual to bring up the desktop after entering my password for the User account.

Now when I try to log on nothing happens. What I mean by this is that when I enter my password and hit enter or press the little blue arrow button it acts as if I did nothing. I click it and nothing happens, it stays on the same screen.

The only reason I'm able to get on here is through safe mode. Right now I'm using Safe mode with Networking.

I ran AVG Free and it picked up one Trojan virus, but it wasn't it because its still doing it.

Please help!
