please help me, i just re-installed windows and now for sum reason i cant install windows live messenger, it starts installing the stops and says -

Windows live messenger setup has failed with error code 1603
please go to the windows live messenger website to download the latest version of windows live messenger.

but i was trying to d/l the newest version, so i hav no idea what to do , please some one help me
