I have one computer (mine) on a wireless network and another computer (brothers) on no network, and both operate on windows XP Pro. I connected them both via ethernet cable, and ran Windows wizard yet niether pc has connected. Can someone give me some advise, and if they connect would his pc also have the internet through my wireless?

regards

Oliver

READ HERE. Both systems need to connect through a router.

Welcome to SAF, oliver thompson!

Most wireless connections use a wireless router. Check to see if yours has 4 RJ-45 Ethernet ports on the back of it. If so, simply connect his computer into one of those.
