Ok...Where to begin. smile.gif

i recently switched from Comcast to Verizon FiOS. I'm using Thunderbird as my email application. When i opened out the account settings, there were numerous email accounts that i set up...but there was one that gave the message "The following is a special account. There are no identities associated with it" when I selected it.

my two emails that i had were:
angelog22@ and flyers2thecup@

I now have angelog72@ and flyers2thecup22@.

after i created them two, i copied my inboxes from the each corresponding account. worked like a charm. deleted the angelog22@ and flyers2thecup@. but there was a folder that said JUST flyers2thecup. no email extension. i couldn't delete it for the life of me. i tried to combine them by choosing the GLOBAL INBOX. but that actually made my angelog72@ folder appear in the flyers2thecup folder. UGH!

i hope this is making sense to someone!!! smile.gif

now my inbox for angelog72@ has no emails. and the flyers2thecup still is giving that error.

i would like to end up with
angelog72@
and
flyers2thecup22@
and
delete
flyers2thecup

and somehow get my emails back.

is any of this possible???
