I've been using the word processor in MS Works 4.5 to print my envelopes. Suddenly the envelopes print blank. The print preview looks fine. My printer (tried both a lexmark Z515 and 640) goes through the motions just like it's printing, put the page is blank. The part I can't figure out is that it worked fine yesterday.

I tried removing/reinstalling the printers, MS works, and even created new documents.

Anything else print? Maybe reinstall the print drivers?

print on just a sheet of paper, not an envelope. That way you will see if it is printing at all. Maybe the format got changed or messed up.
