i am using xp sp2, ie 7, oe 6 sp2.

when try to print e-mail i get msg "a runtime error has occurred, line 1343. error unspecified".

before this error started appearing i got msg "an error has occurred on the scripts of this page".

i think this started about the time i installed ie 7.

(i can't find anything but oe 6 sp 1 to re-download. i think sp 2 was to correct the 2K problem.)

all other pgm printing is ok.

go to Start > Run and type

regsvr32 ole32.dll (return)

That should do it (I hope).
