I have a n2pap-lite motherboard that i am trying to upgrade. I put a athlon xp 3200 processor barton core in and new 1 gb pc 3200 ddr mem chip and a ATI Radeon X1650 512MB 8X AGP Video Card CrossFire/HDTV. I am using win xp home with all the updates. I started with the video card by itself and didnt have any problems. I put the processor and memory in and the machine would go through post and mem check and then get to win xp flash page and then go to some type of error page that said windows was interupted or lost power would you like to start normally or start in safe mode or start in safe mode with comand prompt or start in safe mode wth networking. regardless of my choice the computer restarts and comes back to that same screen again. Does anyone have any ideas?

Welcome to our forum, ixi2003111365!
If you go to the
AMD site and input the processor and the Jetway manufacturer in their compatibility guide, you'll find that there are NO Jetway boards suitable for that processor.

Not that this is helpful to you, but I have the same mobo and proc and it has worked well for about 4 yrs. There is one major difference however because my n2-pap lite was made by mach speed not jetway. After some research I found that the two companies are partners of some sort. Btw, this is the most stable board I've ever had. I've built all my own systems going back to a 486 sx intel processor board and i've had more than my share of bum hardware. I still have this system because although it is dated i've realized that performance is useless without stability. I recommend that you find yourself the mach speed version so you can be satisfied enough to run that xp 3200 into the ground. good luck
