Can any one advise me on how to un-compact email ' I clicked to download my emails when a message popped up asking me to if I wished to compress them so I clicked OK' ( Usually at other times I just cancel ) but this time I said OK.... THEN to my horror all of the emails disappeared and I just don't know how to get them back. I am not sure if they have gone into an archive.
Has ANYONE else had this problem and is there any way of reversing the process. I have looked on other sites to find an answer. Someone said that I would find them in the bin & could restore them. I did look in the bin and ( true enough they were there ) so I highlighted them and pressed restore expecting them to be restored back to the original place but when I checked they weren't there, so the hunt goes on to find an answer PLEASE HELP AS THEY ARE PRECIOUS.

You might want to give this program a try. There's a free trial download of it, so I hope it does the job for you, but it will restore lost mail, address book entries, etc, unless you need to pay for it to 'unlock' it's full capability.
