Hi Guys

I've got three computers in the same room and would like them all to be able to access the same printer, all of the machines are currently connected to a D-link Router to allow internet access. Please could you advise me as to how I can get all the machines printing

Many thanks

On the system where the printers are physically connected:
  1. In Printers and Faxes (Control Panel)
  2. Right-click the printer you wish to Share
  3. Click Properties in the context menu
  4. Click on the Share tab, you can figure it out from there

Of course, this PC must be booted and logged-in for other PCs to use. If you logoff, it will not work.
