some of my sites i go on says im missing some plugins and it takes me to download adobe flash player.im useing firefox with windows vista...so i download it and open it up to run it and then it says i have to close firefox and i do that to but it just keeps saying to close fire fox...lol...so i try and open it up in administrative mode ad it does the same.can someone help me with this problem,thank you...

There is a Firefox download. Did you grab the proper one? HERE'S a page covering installing Adobe Flash Player in Firefox.
