Hello,
recently i installed new mother board NFORCE6M-A, AMD Athlon X2 Dual Core Processor (model BE 2300) and 2GB DDR2 PC6400 800Mhz memory on my old computer. My old computer has windows XP OS.
After start up, monitor displays "Start windows Normally" then it reboots again.
System recognizes my FDD, HDD and DVD drive.
Can any one help with this issue ?

Are you using the same drive with XP installed on it that is full of the Wrong Chipset drviers?
If so, you'll need to do a repair install.

Your new motherboard should have come with a CD with all the correct drivers. You should have booted the 1st time with that CD mounted, and when the New Hardware Wizard came up, have it search the CD for drivers.
You can still do this by mounting the CD then use the Device Manager to update the driver. This should run the wizard (have CD option?).
I have upgraded many, many a PC with new motherboard and this worked every time.

Thanks for your replies. These replyies helped me a lot.
I changed the booting sequence from FDD, HDD, CD to FDD,CD,HDD in setup. After this change, it recognized my Booting CD and I could install fresh Vista on my PC.
Now I am getting another issue. When I shutdown the system, seems to be system is completly shutting down the system but does not switch off the power. It re boots again. May be due to Dual CPU ??

Check out some more BIOS settings;
Power-management settings that have the computer “wake” on LAN, USB, modem can also cause problems at times.
