Forgotten password. I've not booted the 2-k box since about Feb. or March. Now it tells me PW is wrong.

I found a program that uses ISOLINUX 3.51 2007-06-10, what ever that is, to edit PW.

Not real sure about using it.

If you're known here, PM me and I'll send link to program. If someone has time, smarts to help me with program,or tell me that I can't make things worst by trying it. Tnxs bb

This site (nor most I contribute to) will advocate/assist in bypassing passwords. You may find this topic locked/closed/removed soon.

I know you have ten times more posts here than I do, so I'm kind of surprised you'd even post this. No offence.

Well Dan. That's the reason I stated for folks I know, like Jimholly to pm me.

Right, Buster, we know you and your W2K system well enough to know that you're requesting something valid, but like Dan said, we can't do it through the forum. Now, as regard to your problem, I've never had to get into a password protected OS, since I never use a password when I set it up. I set mine to go straight into the desktop. But I'll see if I can find an answer for you, then email it to you.

Thanks Guys. I'm working on it. Happy days to "ya'll" bb

I got it using a free service and you will wait 72 hrs. for answer. I was right, except for no b in front of numbers. See thread title.
