Enter your BIOS (Basic Input-Output System); You usually enter the BIOS by repetedly tapping DELETE immedately as soon as you press the power switch. Check your documentation that came with your computer. On older, proprietary machines I have seen other keys used. In the first or second screen you will see all your drives listed. Your CD or DVD should be there, your floppy drive if you have one, and the hard drive. Do you see your hard drive listed?
