"Generic Host Process For Win32 Services Has Encountered a Problem and Needs to Close”.

I can't log on to the net with my browser. The only way I can connect is if I use the report error to microsoft
on the error message...I can't use hardly any icons it takes forever...I've read it can be anything from worm to an old HP driver...anyone have any insight on this??? Because I am totally lost.........I ran adaware and it took 59 mins...spybot destroyer found nothing also, I thought this was funny it erased my bookmarks also...Any suggestions.
